Youth Honoree - Jacob

Jacob is a junior at Guilderland High school. He was diagnosed with Juvenile Arthritis (JA) at the age of 8 after experiencing several years of knee pain.

Today, Jake is an active member of the high school Cross Country and Track teams. His JA is managed with medication, diet and exercise. Jake has committed to raising $5,000 for the Jingle Bell Run because he wants other children to have an opportunity to reach for their goals and live without pain.

Please show your support for Jake and other children with JA by committing to raise funds to fight Arthritis.
